Yellow Box Honey 430g

Yellow Box honey, a well-known Australian eucalyptus honey variety with a light amber colour and a mild distinctive flavour. Our yellow box honey is aromatic, buttery and smooth. The honey is extremely slow to crystallise. Our apiary of yellow box is located in the northeast of Victoria for this seasonal variety. They flower from Nov to Jan biennially.
