Ironbark Honey 430g

A classic Australian eucalyptus honey with a light amber colour and buttery, creamy sweetness. Harvested from Ironbark forests in central-northern Victoria, where a group of our beehives follows the early summer bloom (Nov–Jan), this smooth, full-bodied honey is relatively slow to crystallise and sweet in nature.
